about
Welcome to This Little Routine
Our mission is to inspire moms to build lives they love, through simple routines and creative solutions that fit the real world. I want to help you break free from feeling overwhelmed and find the confidence to create a home and life that reflect who you are. By sharing my personal journey and the strategies that work for me, I hope to help you discover what works for you. Life isn’t perfect, but it can be purposeful, beautiful, and deeply rewarding when we focus on what matters most.

How our story began
How It All Started
This Little Routine was born after my ADHD diagnosis, a moment that illuminated the reasons behind the way I move through life. I remember the relief I felt when I realized there was a reason for my struggles and strengths. As a wife and mom of two young kids, I quickly discovered how this understanding shaped our family’s daily routines and interactions. I hope for this website to be the resource of tools, knowledge, and reassurance that I, as a mom with a neurodivergent brain, would have looked to for help.
This blog isn’t just about ADHD; it’s about the heart of our home, the way we design our spaces, and how we show up for one another amid the chaos. I believe in the power of small, intentional changes to transform our lives—whether it’s finding time for a cozy family movie night, organizing a cluttered playroom, or fitting in moments of self-care.
Through This Little Routine, I hope to inspire other moms to embrace their unique journeys, find their rhythm, create homes they love, and navigate motherhood in a way that feels right for them. Join us as we celebrate the beautiful chaos of life and the little routines that keep us grounded.
