Welcome to This Little Routine

We help moms with ADHD build homes they love through simple, real-life routines. Our mission is to help you feel confident creating a home and life that truly reflect who you are.

How our story began

How It All Started

I’m a mom of two little kids, living with ADHD, trying to create a home that feels cozy, functional, and peaceful.

Most days, our home feels overwhelming. Cluttered, stressful, never fully ready for us to relax and enjoy. I struggle to put things away, get distracted easily, and feel frustrated that we can’t just BE in our space without cleaning up first.

During COVID, I discovered interior design, and something inside myself changed. I realized I wanted a pretty home, but I also wanted a feeling: spacious, inviting, safe. A place where memories are made.

Now, I’m working to build that kind of home, using ADHD-friendly habits and lots of grace.

If you’re on a similar journey, you’re not alone — and I’m so glad you’re here.

This blog isn’t just about ADHD; it’s about the heart of our home, the way we design our spaces, and how we show up for one another amid the chaos. I believe in the power of small, intentional changes to transform our lives—whether it’s finding time for a cozy family movie night, organizing a cluttered playroom, or fitting in moments of self-care.
